Growth Marketing

Worked with the growth marketing team at Apothékary on performance creative across paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Display, with a focus on driving ROAS and scalable acquisition. I also supported an OOH initiative in NYC, contributing to out-of-home assets designed to extend campaign visibility in real-world environments and strengthen overall brand presence, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners throughout the process.

Working with cross-functional teams to improve performance and support customer acquisition across channels helped shape my approach to staying organized and building flexible templates that could scale efficiently. It also gave me a better understanding of how consistency and adaptability work together in high-volume creative environments.

In Meta ads (Facebook + Instagram), we A/B tested a more visually expressive direction against a cleaner, simplified version. The simplified creative performed better, highlighting how clarity and easier information processing can improve performance in fast-scrolling environments. This result helped shape how we approached future iterations
